Chico is an owner surrender with a great obedience training already installed.

Chico has issues with, men with hats and UPS/FedEx drivers.

We would love to get him into a foster home who doesn't have tons of people coming and going but would care about a special needs dog who wants his own person to bond with. Preferably a woman.
