Foxy is a senior girl 10+ who is in search of a foster to forever home to live out the rest of her years. As per her current foster mom, She loves to hang in the garden, lay in the sun, and nap at your feet. She’s not clingy and does not require cuddling, as she is quite the independent woman. She has no issues with separation anxiety and would be okay with a human who worked outside the home.
Cats unknown at this time, but she can be cat tested if need be.
She would do best in a peaceful home-maybe with another senior like her, or a mature adult singleton/couple. No children under 15 due to her size/lack of exposure and some visual impairment.
If you’re looking for a companion to watch TV with, listen to the radio with , work in the yard or read with, she’s your girl!

Pioneers for Animal Welfare Society (PAWS), Inc., is a 501(c)(3) not for profit, all volunteer NYS corporation which has been operating on Long Island for 40 years. We are working to create a better welfare system for all the animals in our communities. Over the years, we created, and continue to create, a number of valuable programs which serve to promote our mission to create respect for all animals, to educate individuals about animals, to help people keep their animals, and to provide assistance with the control of the animal population on Long Island.
