Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Payday is a small greyhound girl at around 55 lbs. She just turned 3 years old and is sweet, fun loving, and very friendly. She has quite a personality, loves people, and is very outgoing. Payday is a graduate of the Second Chance at Life Greyhound Prison Program, where the inmate handlers at Gadsden Correctional Institution near Tallahassee trained her in basic commands such as sit, stay, down, come on recall, and wait. She is house trained, crate trained, and responsive to voice commands. Payday walks very well on a leash, rides comfortably in a car or SUV, is playful and a happy dog. She enjoys playing in water and would like a wading pool in her new home. Her favorite treat is peanut butter. She gets along very well with the other greyhouds in her foster home, but has too much chase instinct to be with very small dogs or cats. We would like to see Payday go to a home with at least one other dog since she seems to love other dogs and be happier when she is around them. Payday's $350 adoption fee includes her spay, teeth cleaning, all vaccines, leash and collar, stuffie toy, grooming mit, adoption guide, training DVD, and of course, her prison training. For more information or to meet Payday, please contact us at 813/272-2332.
