Daisy is the most cuddly beagle you will ever find. She was rescued from being chained outside shortly before the worst of winter temperature hit. She was heartworm positive and has received her treatment already and is expected to live a healthy, normal, long life. Daisy is sweet, loving, and affectionate with a small dash of playful. She is low energy but sometimes likes to bark at things outside the window. She loves cuddles, being held, and taking naps. She is mostly potty trained, but will benefit from being let out frequently as she hasn’t quite established how to communicate that she needs to go out to do her business. Daisy gets along with most dogs, but she can be sassy if another dog gets too much in her space. She is currently in a foster with 4 other dogs and is doing great with it. She is also good with cats, although she does take a bit of an interest in them and may try to interact with them; there is currently a cat inside the home she is being fostered at. The perfect home for Daisy would be a family maybe with older children and another laid back dog. She loves people, so she needs a family that will be obsessed with her. Daisy has been spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and received flea preventative. Her adoption fee is $250. She is located in Ortonville, MI, and to inquire on adopting her, email her rescue directly at workinghoundsinthehouse@gmail.com
