Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Oreo is a two-year-old, 56 pound, happy, healthy mostly lab mix. She and a small chihuahua mix were abandoned by their owners at a dog sitter’s home, where they never came to pick the dogs up.
Oreo is the perfect dog for a family. She is friendly, wiggly, and loves to be petted. She barks only when someone comes to the door and when she wants in from outside, but is calm and quiet indoors (she is housebroken). She is cooperative on a leash and well-behaved on car rides. At her foster home, Oreo goes outside to a large wooded fenced in yard with other dogs several times a
Day and does well with them all and she is playful.
Oreo has passed the “cat test” at her foster home; she is interested in them but not aggressive with them. A family situation would suit her well, and other pets would be welcomed by her. She is adaptable, settles down well, has a moderate energy level, and is intelligent. She will easily master basic obedience commands in her new home.
Please consider Oreo, she is really a wonderful dog. Her foster family will be sad and happy at the same time to send her off to her new forever home! Oreo will be fully medically vetted; spayed, up-to-date on all vaccines, heartworm tested negative, and microchipped.
