My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sandy's foster mom describes him as an "aggressive snuggler." He wants to be held and cuddled and will not take no for an answer. Sandy is a special needs kitty. He has fiv. Please do your research on fiv before adopting. New research indicates it is not as easily transmitted as once thought. A cat with fiv can live a long healthy life with proper care and good nutrition, but there is no guarantee that they will not succumb to the disease.  We believe even five kitties deserve a loving forever home.

Sandy is super affectionate, playful, and curious. He is dog, cat, and child friendly. He is a indoor only boy who has been neutered, chipped, vetted, and tested negative for felv and heartworms. Declawing is prohibited by contract.  Adoption fee is $100. For more information on fiv, please check the following link. https://www.vet.cornell.edu/departments-centers-and-institutes/cornell-feline-health-center/health-information/feline-health-topics/feline-immunodeficiency-virus-fiv
