Meet Scarlett, a beautiful Manchester Terrier mix who is looking for her forever home! Scarlett is a stunning black and tan dog with a sweet and gentle personality. At 50 pounds, Scarlett is the perfect size for someone looking for a medium-sized dog. She loves to play and go for walks, and she's always up for a good game of fetch. Scarlett loves spending time with other dogs, she would do best in a home with a friendly canine companion. Scarlett has a very loving nature and enjoys spending time with her human friends. Scarlett may take a moment to warm up to you, but once she does you will be inseperable. Scarlett would love nothing more than a home with a fenced in yard to romp around in. She is a great cuddler and loves nothing more than curling up next to her favorite person. She is also a very smart dog who is eager to please and loves to learn new things. An application, agreement, personal reference check, vet reference check and home visit are required.

Adoption fees are below. All of our animals are microchipped, up to date on vaccines and fully vetted.

Puppies under 1 year : $495
Adults 1-9 years: $375
Adults 9+ years: $300
Special Needs Animals: dependant on specific animal and his or her needs

ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT of $125 for spay/ neuter for all unaltered dogs unless the spay/neuter

Go meet their pets

We are located at 46 Sodom Road, Brewster, NY. You can come stop by 7 days a week from 11am-4pm. While we have 15-18 dogs housed at our adoption center, the majority of our dogs are located in private foster homes.

SNARR Northeast Animal Rescue's mission is "Giving Hope to the Hopeless.” SNARR stands for Special Needs Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation. We do focus on animals with special needs but we also rescue perfectly healthy dogs as well! SNARR works with municipal shelters all over the country to save animals at risk for being euthanized. Our dogs (and cats) are all in foster homes prior to being adopted.
