Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Minnie!!
Minnie is all puppy all the time! She is the sweetest little girl ever with all she has been through in her short life. NBARR was contacted by a veterinarian to see if we could help with Minnie. She had been bit in the face by a resident dog in the previous owner's home (she was left alone with the resident dog so the previous owner said they weren't exactly sure what happened) We are unsure how many days went by before she was taken to the vet, however her eye was so severely injured it had to be removed. The previous owner was going to surrender her to a shelter where she would have been euthanized but she agreed to sign her over to us instead.
Losing an eye has not slowed this little girl down (although her cone is at the moment) She is very attentive and loves to be played with and pet on. She is working on house training and leash training. She is not super excited about either at the moment but she is progressing appropriately for her age.
Minnie likes cats, dogs and kids. She loves chasing balls and squeak toys.
She will be released off of vet hold in 2 weeks which means she can go to a forever home at that time.(2/17/22) She is currently taking applications to find her forever family.
Better pictures will be posted soon!
