Avery is a very special cat. He is a bobtail cat, which means he is missing most of his tail, this just adds to his charm. He is not bothered by it one bit! Avery was living outside in a Cambridge neighborhood for "years", and finally, a good samaritan reached out to CHCR after feeding him for a while and wanted to get him out of the cold.
Avery was a pleasant surprise, we were actually planning on this rescue being a TNR, boy were we wrong! He is SO sweet! He loves humans, loves pets, is great around other cats, and purrs like a motor. He will even do little hops up to your hand for extra pets when you stop petting him, it's the cutest thing!! This guy is deserving of a home that will return the love that he is dishing out!
