Stove Top came to us from an animal control facility where he was surrendered when his owner could no longer care for him.
ABOUT:
Stove Top is a sweet, tolerant, curious, tolerant guy. He loves to be pet everywhere and often even enjoys a belly rub or too. If he isn’t feeling the belly rub, he just gets up and walks away, no drama with this guy. He has two settings, on and off. When he is on he loves to run, play, and have the zoomies. When he is off he loves to lounge, nap, and snuggle. He is a curious guy who might get himself into trouble here or there knocking things off counters, and he may or may not have tried to get into the drop ceiling in his foster’s basement. How was he supposed to know if there were cool things up there if he didn’t look?
Stove Top is not being fostered with children, but because he is generally agreeable to being handled and wasn’t afraid of visitors we think he would adapt well to homes with children. Stove Top was instant friends with the resident playful male cats, and is respectful and keeps his distance from the less social female cats. He has not been fostered in a home with dogs, but because he seems pretty confident, friendly, and tolerant he might adjust to homes with cat friendly dogs. FIV+
