Meet GI Jane! We estimate she was born mid October, 2021. This sweet kitty was rescued by one of our amazing team members after being thrown out of one car and hit by another car. She was unable to walk, and was found dragging her back legs like an "army crawl" hence the name GI Jane! She suffered a broken pelvis and a tail injury requiring amputation. Jane is completely healed and can walk without difficulty. She is able to jump on the couch and chair like any other kitty.
She is extremely loving, with a loud purr! She is shy at first, but warms up once she settles in. She likes pets and lap time. She's a calm girl looking for a calm home. She gets along very well with other kitties and small dogs with slow introduction. She would do best with a family with older calm kids. She's been through so much, but is so sweet and loving. She's a very good girl. Please consider adding GI Jane to your family! She is litter box trained.
