My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Goldie is 2 weeks post op bilateral patella surgery. She is off of her pain medication but should be kept on a joint supplement for life. She is on a once daily heart medication to help her enlarged heart and keep her heart murmur from getting worse. She should have a yearly check of her heart (preferably cardiac ultrasound), she absolutely has to be on a urinary diet to keep her bladder stones from returning. She needs to have a urinalysis at least once a year or before if she is having any issues. Her bloodwork was good, but her one kidney value was borderline normal, so probably should have bloodwork every 6-12 month, especially at her age. Need to keep an eye on both of her eyes. The "normal" one is larger than normal and then she has the right one with previous trauma. I believe her eyesight is not the best and she gets startled sometimes. She is very shy in the beginning, but super sweet. It takes her a while to come out of her shell to explore. She really likes having other dogs around and snuggle up to them. She is not confrontational and if Tawni barks or growls at her she backs off. She loves to get attention but is otherwise very laid back. She does great at home while I'm at work. I have not heard her bark at all. She is not interested or mind the cats. She really is a sweetheart all around.
