URGENT: FOREVER FOSTER/ADOPTER NEEDED IMMEDIATELY!!!
Sassy is a 12 pound Chihuahua/Dachshund blend. We do not know her age but our vet assures us that she is a senior. Sassy LOVES humans but does NOT like any other animals. She is currently in a foster home with 16 other dogs and DESPERATELY needs a home where she will be the only pet before she gets hurt or hurts another dog.
She can become a Sanctuary foster, where Gerties Small Dog Rescue would cover her vet bills for life as long as she goes to our vet in Oswego.
Sassy is house trained and well mannered. She is well trained on a leash and loves to go for walks. She would not do well with children of any age.
Sassy recently had several mammary tumors removed and we are waiting for the results of the biopsies. She had a dental cleaning with several teeth extracted. She will be spayed as soon as possible. If you have questions, please e-mail her foster Mom (Linda) pooch@twcny.rr.com
