BARC Rescue introduces Phoenix. Phoenix came from a home where his owner was very poor and neglected to give her pets proper care. As a result, him and his litter mates were malnourished, had parasites and mange. After this sweet boy came to rescue, all of these needs were met. He is also vaccinated, microchipped and neutered. He will cry for attention but settles down with attention and will do whatever he can to be loved and cuddled. He is well worth it!!! His mom is a hound and dad is a chihuahua / husky mix. He looks like dad but has a hound color. He will probably never be over 30-35 pounds as he is barely 22 pounds at nearly 6 months.
