Meet Allosaurus! This prehistoric pup is a 2-year-old Terrier American Pitbull mix who weighs 58 pounds and came to the Kentucky Humane Society from another shelter. She may have the name of a predator, but she's more likely to smother you with affection than anything else! This mighty girl is ready to find a family to love and play with and prefers to have all the attention in a pet free home. We are obsessed with her stunning black coat and white boots, and you will be too! She is spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated, so come visit her today!

I came to the Kentucky Humane Society from another shelter. The staff are still learning all about me. I miss being in a home and have a lot of love to give.

The KHS adoption fee typically range from $65 to $135 for cats and kittens and $85 to $400 for dogs and puppies (plus an additional $10.50 for any applicable licensing fees) and includes:
- Spaying/neutering
- Vaccinations
- Microchipping (we also register the chip for you!)
- Over $125 in KHS gift certificates
