Here's what the humans have to say about me:
RUBY is back at our pound. She originally came to us as a stray. She was then adopted, but it turned out she doesn't like cats and this family had 5 so back she came. She was then adopted again, but RUBY can be protective and possessive of her person and she got too excited one evening when the daughter came home. RUBY is between 1-2 years old. She is up to date on vaccines and is currently being treated for Lyme. RUBY is housebroken and extremely sweet and affectionate, but she is protective. Therefore, we will adopt only to a Rottweiler savvy family who has no children, no cats and preferably no dogs unless the dog is older and submissive so that he or she won't mind letting RUBY have all the attenion when she wants it. RUBY will need time to decompress and settle in so if you are not the type who will gave her that time, please do not apply for her. Adoption applications available at the pound or online at www.harrisoncountydogpoundvolunteers.org
