My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ten year old Ravioli is one of the sweetest, most gentle cats that we have had the privilege to get to know - This declawed giant doesn’t have a mean bone in his body, all he wants all day long is to be loved, and to share his own love with the people around him.

Ravioli is at his absolute happiest when you’re up close and spending time with him! He has a purr that could move mountains, and sometimes he gets so happy that he starts to drool down his chin while you’re massaging his incredibly soft and thick fur. There isn’t a single spot on his body that he doesn’t like to have pet; Rub his floppy belly, massage his ears, pat his sides, Ravioli is just happy to have your company!

Although he may be a little shy when you first introduce yourself, it’s never long before Ravioli sets those big green eyes of his on you and trots himself out of his hiding spot to say hello. If you sit on the ground with him, Ravioli will joyfully twirl and walk in circles around you, rubbing himself against your sides and headbutting you with happiness the whole time.

Ravioli has heart disease which has resulted in the thickening of the walls of his heart. Thankfully he is stable, thriving, and enjoying life to its fullest thanks to his daily medication, but it’s something that his future forever family will have to take into consideration for sure! Ravioli takes his medication like a total champ, and comes right back for a cuddle once you’re all done. His special need may sound scary, but it really isn’t at all - Ravioli just needs a little extra TLC to make sure he can live a long, wonderful life with you!

Ravioli gets along great with other cats, and he loves children thanks to his gentle nature. He would thrive in a relatively calm home where he can enjoy evey day to it’s fullest.
