Harlan is located in the Dallas, TX area. He was dumped in extremely cold weather and left to fend for himself. He is believed to be about 3 and a half years old and weighs 15 pounds.

He gets along well with the other dogs that he's been introduced to. He has not been cat or kid-tested, but he has such a good, sweet nature, we can't imagine him not getting along with everyone!

He is fully vaccinated, heartworm negative, neutered, and microchipped. Located in the Dallas, TX area, his adoption fee is $250.
