FOR ADOPTION: FERN is an approximately 1 year old female looking for a forever family that will shower her with attention. This sweet girl was abandoned in the town house area of Houston and brought to our care by a caring citizen. Fern was initially thought to be pregnant and got to spend some time in a wonderful foster home until she came into heat instead of having babies. While there we learned that a fern is phenomenal with children and seems to really enjoy their company. We also learned she is a little fearful and submissive with other animals but will stand up for herself if she is attacked. Fern’s ideal home would be as an only pet where she can be the centre of attention but she could also learn to share the spotlight with other kind and gentle animals. Fern is quite happy indoor only and could easily continue with that lifestyle. She could also be indoor/outdoor in a safe area. Fern is spayed, vaccinated and up to date on parasite control.
