Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Moana is a 2012 nursemare foal. Her first adopter left her in a pasture to fend for herself. The owner surrendered her to us after a car accident. Moana needs someone who has patience and can train her into her next job. She has cow brains as we like to call it and has looked our ducks dead in the eye to cut them out of the paddock. She would make an excellent working cow horse. Currently has scratches on one front leg near the coronary band, and rear right leg on the exterior. Has scratches in both front leg pits, chest, shoulder, and face. Will need to continue exterior treatments for a slow heal. Horse does show fear of grooming brushes which could account for why this got this way. Will continue to desensitize her and treat. Need hooves trimmed, will have vet look at skin issues as a precaution on next general visit to facility. Will treat with Equishield IR shampoo and spray, MTG on front and rear legs to help.
