If you know a family looking for a sweetheart of a dog, look no further! Brighton had a rough start to life as a street dog in Texas where she was a true survivor. She has lived with us for a sevearl months now as a foster and has grown tremendously. It takes her a bit to trust and once she does she is your new bestie. She shares her love with everyone and every dog in our house, and with those that visit us regularly. She loves routine, walks, snuggles, and play. She's learned manners of living in a house and is eager to please and protect her home and humans. With the right toys she can be trusted home alone (has not been in a kenel) without getting into shenanegans. Oh, and when she did escape the backyard with one of our Huskies, she came to the front door and rang the doorbell!
