Joseph, along with his Mom and five siblings were rescued from a kill shelter in south Texas. Mom appears to be a Labrador Retriever mix and weighs around 38 pounds. We did not see the Dad, so don't know what breed or size he was.
Joseph survived a bout of parvo and is very ready to find his "furever" home. He is a handsome boy who likes to play with his siblings, other puppies and, of course, toys. He's a little shy with humans at first, but quickly warms up to you. Since, we didn't meet Dad, we don't know if he will be small like his Mom (around 30lbs) or larger.
If you are interested in adopting Joseph, please go to our website and complete an application for adoption. www.chloespetrescue.org/application.
His adoption fee is $ 125 which includes his complete puppy vetting (neuter, rabies vaccination, de-worming, four parvo/distemper vaccinations, two bordetella vaccinations, microchip, monthly heartworm preventative, etc.)

Additional adoption info
We are a RESCUE ORGANIZATION; please complete your online Adoption Application, which can be found on our website. We require an adoption application, vet reference, and a home visit with the pet. ALL of our pets are spayed, neutered or scheduled prior to being adopted. They are UTD on shots, heartworm negative, treated or scheduled to be treated, and micro chipped. They must be kept on heartworm preventative for the rest of their lives. Our adoption fees vary. Puppies have an increased adoption fee since they need three or four sets of shots, multiple de-wormings, and other puppy needs to keep them healthy.

CPR is an animal rescue organization run solely by volunteers. Our primary goal is to save dogs from euthanization at shelters as a result of factors such as a lack of funding and space. These wonderful animals are put at risk because they have no one to claim and adopt them. We aim to give them the second chance that they so deserve. Our animals come to us from shelters around DFW and stay in foster homes where they are given the medical attention (vaccinations, surgeries, heart worm testing, etc) and care that they deserve.
