My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Please say hello to this handsome boy Cooper. He is a one year old male double merle Australian Shepherd. He is neutered, HW-, current on immunizations and on preventatives. He has no vision or hearing issues. He was rescued from an Alabama shelter with his brother Oakley. He was so filthy and matted that it took the groomer four shampoos to remove the stench. He obviously was not cared for in his last home, but he holds no grudges.

Cooper is a very sweet and lovable boy and he has excellent manners. He responds well to basic commands without a problem. He is housebroken, crate trained and walks well on a leash. He loves dogs, cats and children. He loves everybody that he meets.

Cooper is only a year old so he has lots of energy. He needs a high energy family to keep him busy. A fenced in yard would be ideal for him to run and burn off energy.
