Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Mork is located in TEXAS. There are not enough homes for all the unwanted dogs down there, so he is willing to relocate for a good, loving, forever home.
Mork and his sister Mindy were dumped out on a remote country road. They are some type of terrier mix around 7 months of age. Mork currently weighs 27 pounds and we think that he will be no more than 45 pounds when grown. Mork is still an active, playful puppy. He loves to play with toys and other dogs. Mork is crate trained and doing well with house training. He will use a potty pad Mork is still a puppy, he is a bit shy with people, and further obedience training and socialization are needed. Mork is very smart, athletic, and talented. He can jump and climb a chain-link fence in record time to go chase kitties. He doesn't hurt them...he just likes to chase them - and was caught just sitting and looking at one that did not run. Mork is too sensitive and a training collar does not work to stop him from going over the fence. He is tethered on a long cable tie inside the fenced yard to prevent escape. A 6-foot privacy fence may work to keep him contained (we don't know). No wireless fences, although a hot wire at the top of a regular fence should work. Mork must be in the house as a loved member of the family. He must be walked on a leash and he must have a fenced yard (even if he is tethered) to run and play.
Mork is healthy. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, (DAPPvL2, Bordatella, rabies), and microchipped. He is negative for heartworms and receiving monthly heartworm and flea preventative. Mork has a $500.00 adoption fee which includes the cost of ground transport via Mightly Mutt Shipping for pickup in White River Junction VT or Brattleboro VT. He is being fostered in Texas. We do not have the resources to send him north until after he is adopted. Please email 2 Many Dogs Rescue for an adoption application if you are interested in adopting this happy puppy.
