Athena is a girl that barely a day goes by when you don't see her wandering the property with a volunteer, her choice of stuffed toy for the day in her mouth. While she gains some confidence when holding that toy, she's generally a very headstrong girl who needs someone to help her appropriately express the pent-up energy she can at times show when interacting with people. Other times you'll find her with the people she's comfortable with rolled onto her back asking for belly rubs. She's wary of people trying to take away the things she considers "hers", such as food and toys, you may find you will have to trade with something of higher value to retrieve whatever object she has. She will need to be your one and only pet as she is not a big fan of other animals. If you are looking for a companion who may not always enjoy meeting all people but loves going on adventures, Athena could be your girl.
