Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Trooper is a handsome 1-yr-old chocolate lab - probably pure-bred but we have no papers on him. He was found in early Nov. by a local police officer on the side of the road - injured from a car hitting him. Trooper had a cracked pelvis and broken rear leg. He had surgery on 11/10 to repair the leg and has been in a foster home for rest and rehab. His pelvis is better and his leg has healed. He is now able to play and romp with people and other dogs. He had some internal lingering nerve damage which did not allow him to hold his bathroom calls. This was slower to improve but has and his bathroom skills are much better. He is not uncomfortable or in pain in any way - but would probably do best as an outside dog since housetraining is not 100%. Trooper is up-to-date on shots and neutered. He is happy and friendly to other dogs and cats. He is available now to the right home that can understand his problem and keep him as an outside but loved pet. Fenced yard, please.
