Celia is a perfectly wonderful Collie mix found going through garbage behind a convenience store where she had been dumped. Celia is loving, quiet, cat friendly, other dog friendly, housetrained, well behaved, trusting, playful and responsive to attention. She is just a fabulous girl and it is just a shame that the original family did not appreciate all her qualities but we do and you will too. Celia would make an easy addition to a family where she can have the love she deserves. would that be your family?
