Leo was adopted in August 2020 from The Mia Foundation. Leo was born in a puppy mill and has neurological issues that have rendered him blind, with only the ability to see movement. He has cerebellar hyperplasia, which doesn't impact his life, it just makes him a bit wobbly and he LOVES to spin in circles! Leo also has a cleft palate, but this does not impact him either and he can eat and drink normally.
We have been in contact with The Mia Foundation since November 2020 and since that point, they have told us that they cannot take Leo back to live with his foster, so we feel as though we have our hands tied. Leo is truly a very good boy but does struggle with potty training. He knows he has to go outside, but still has accidents several times a day in the house, so this will need to be worked on with him. Leo is good with dogs and kids but has never met a cat so I am uncertain how he would be with one. Leo needs a home with a big backyard and someone home all the time.
