My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, our names are Holly (red fluffy girl) and Juniper (red and white)! We are approximately 3-4 years old. We came to the shelter when our owner moved and left us behind.

While we were initially both shy, some soft words and treats won us over quickly. We LOVE each other (we will whine if one is walked without the other), and are hoping to find a home together! We are likely related, and are very clearly bonded. We love our short walks on leash, and adore meeting friendly people. We don't seem to mind the other dogs in the shelter, but are very curious about cats (may want to chase). We are seeking a home with no children under 5.

We have been spayed, got up to date on our DAPP and rabies vaccines, and have been micro-chipped too. Our adoption fee is $175 each (+ $20 county dog license per dog, if residing within Jefferson County).

ADOPTION PROCEDURE: HSJC is currently CLOSED to the public. We are accepting applications for Holly and Junie (this is NOT the same as a "Petfinder inquiry"). If you are interested in them, please submit one via our website here: https://hsjcwa.org/adopt-a-dog

We do not ship animals.
