Meet Monty!

Monty is a moderately active, sweet boy, looking for a forever family to call his own. H e's a cutie and full of love to share. 

He joined Pathways as an owner surrender, and he arrived with his pup buddy, Clayton, but they do not have to be adopted together. Having said that, Monty would do best in a home with another canine friend. He is a tad shy at first and will do well with a patient family who will allow him to become the best version of himself as he adjusts to his new home.

Ideal home: a family who has a canine companion for Monty and who is willing to spend the time doing basic obedience training with an active puppy who needs to learn house manners. 

Must haves:

1. puppy safe chew toys and exercise 

2. basic obedience training

3. "contained in a puppy pen" at first and introduced to an entire living area slowly

4. while Monty is pad trained he will do best with a new owner who will take the time to teach him house manners

5. regular grooming, as he's a darling fluffy one 

OK with older, respectful children.   OK for apartment living.
