Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Buddy is roughly 4 years old, always had one owner, who got him as a pup, and, sadly last week the owner lost his battle with diabetes during the night. When the police arrived the following day, they had to chain him in the garage because he wouldn't move from the body.
Buddy loves his "person" and tends to turn towards younger females. He is totally housebroken, trained to stay off furniture, however his current placement has allowed it, so he will jump in a bed or a couch with a small bit of encouragement.
He is very fond of frozen dog food, ice cubes, chicken and hotdogs, he will chew a leash in half. Tho if it's left in his reach, as well as anything else that gets his attention.
Unfortunately, buddy wasn't properly socialized as a younger dog, and cannot be placed with other animals. He has injured another small dog since with his current placement, and there's a real fear he would also hurt another or a cat if not very careful. We love him, but, cannot keep him because we live in a neighborhood that has many small dogs and cats, so we live in constant fear hes going to get out or off his lead and severely hurt someone elses pet.
Hes neutered, utd on shots, as we were informed, and a loving boy to his people.
