Here's what the humans have to say about me:
💓 Wanda our Cancer Survivor 💓
MIRACLE sharpei pup Wanda has had a rough life. She had a huge mast cell cancer tumor on her leg when she was rescued off the streets. And all this and she is only approximately 3 years old! Now after months of specialty vet appts, chemotherapy and surgeries… that huge tumor on her leg is gone and she has gotten healthier.. so now it is time to search for her forever foster/adoptive home. She has also received a dental and was spayed and chipped. She is still under chemo (pills) therapy currently and it’s recommended by her Oncologist that she continue the low dose chemo permanently or until further notice. We will continue to financially support Wanda with her meds, checkup appointments and we will even provide her homemade food…. Anything she needs!!
She is a happy pup and very playful. She likes to nibble at and walk around with her toys. She enjoys rolling on her back and to get pet on her bootie. She is a very loving dog once she feels comfortable around you. Once she fully trusts you she would be willing to share her toys with you. Wanda will follow basic commands sit, wait and paw, without any fuss she will patiently sit and wait for her food and for you to put leash on her. She should not be going to the dog park due to low immune system. So If you don’t have time to walk her she would be fine with running in the grassy yard and playing with her toys. She is potty trained, everyday noises do not bother her and she will always make you aware when there is someone at the door.
Wanda does prefer to have all the attention and love to herself and so she should be the only dog. Well well well who can blame her for all that she has been through. She just needs an understanding family to give her her very own home and endless love. She is a cancer survivor after all. She deserves whatever she wants!!
Could you be her special person??? If you would like to give this amazing girl Wanda a new start in the next chapter of her life please contact us and fill out our adoption interest form. ⬇️⬇️⬇️
