Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lucy was found when she was just 10 days old. As she got older Lucy developed a condition called "Hydrocephalus" (fluid on her brain). It unfortunately caused blindness. No other symptoms have been observed.
Just recently she had traveled to Canada from the Middle East to find her new family. The ideal foster/adopter must have experience with dogs that are blind since she will require alot of patience to teach her not to bark at every sound that she is not familiar with. Fully-fenced backyard is also a must.
