Roscoe’s family left him in a high-kill pound. The family had children who adored him but the parents could not take him along. They lost their home and were moving to a place that would not take dogs. The children were crying and hugging him, and you could almost see him cry, too. He was kissing the kids like crazy. He was one of the staff favorites in the pound, so that when we saved him, they thanked us for not letting him die! He loves everyone and everything. He has gone through so much that the stress is wearing him down, however, and he needs a new home as soon as possible!
