My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Beau is a beautiful, sweet, loving 3-year old golden retriever. We are looking for a loving home where he is the only dog to get all of your attention.

His energy level seems to meet whatever you are up for - Loves to lay around and watch movies with you, go for walks (is excellent on the leash), play catch, great in the car and on road trips and is so excited to see you when you come home. He is house trained, vaccinated, and neutered. He’s never chewed on anything other than the toys we give him and is wonderful with our kids.

We adopted Beau 9 months ago from a foster home where he was raised. He has been an amazing dog, so sweet. We recently got a puppy and he is not wanting to coexist with the new dog in the house. He has resource guarding issues with the new dog around food and toys. We’ve had no issues with other dogs outside the house, people or children. Beau deserves a home where he can thrive as the top dog and get the sole attention of his owner.
