Scar is a Cockatiel who came to the sanctuary from a breeder. His mate had a bit of a plucking issue, but we think it makes Scar look even cuter. Because he was a breeder, Scar isn't the most comfortable with hands, but he really wants to learn. If you have a little patience and love to share, Scar could be the perfect bird for you.
