Meet Athena, a very sweet female American Bulldog/Boxer mix that her family must, sadly, put up for adoption. She is approximately seven years old, housebroken, and current on all vaccinations. She has a ton of energy so a home with older kids would be best for her. Athena is a former rescue dog and requires a good amount of attention and care to ensure that she behaves. That said, she is very sweet and loyal; one of the most loyal dogs we've ever seen. She does need to be the only dog in the house or be with smaller dogs, as she doesn't always 'play well with others'. She does, however, get along well with the other dog in the home. Athena is great with cats and loves to meet new people. She would be a great addition to anyone who is looking for an active companion who enjoys getting all the attention!
