My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tara is a young, beautiful Siamese girl who was rescued from outside while pregnant. She gave birth to 5 adorable kittens, who have all been adopted. Tara took great care of her kittens and now it’s her turn to have a someone care for her. She is about 4 years old; a bit timid, but once she’s comfortable, she loves to be petted and she will make little chirping sounds. She also likes string toys and hanging out on the cat tree. She likes the other cats in her foster home, especially if they're male. If you have experience with shy cats who need some time and love to adapt to a new home and understand Siamese cats and their breed's intelligent and inquisitive nature, Tara could be your new feline friend. The perfect home for Tara would be a quiet, smaller home where she does not share space with young children and dogs; we do think she would enjoy the companionship of another friendly kitty or two. * Please email questions to adoptions@quincyanimalshelter.org *
