Meet Frodo! Frodo is a 5/6-year-old, 36lb Patterdale Terrier mix. Frodo is a very unusual breed of dog that is bold and intelligent and does best with someone who is home a lot. Preferably an experienced adopter and/or someone familiar with the needs and characteristics of his breed. Frodo has perfect house manners, is house trained, and crate trained. At the kennel where he is boarding, he is unreactive to barking dogs and the kennel cats. Frodo is dog selective and would prefer a home as a single dog. An ideal home for him would be one with no small children. During playtime he doesn’t have much interest in the ball or toys. He prefers to wander and explore and get affection from his handlers. Frodo will sit for treats and take them gently. He is very loved at the kennel- gentle, sweet, and affectionate
