Basil is an 11 week old female Boxer. She weighs 11 lbs. Basil is confident, spunky and playful. Food motivated and engaged. Loves to play with toys and people. Loves to be petted all over. Nice balanced pup. Very fun and sweet personality. High energy. Good with kids under 5 - tested with 10 year old but we do not see any reason she would not be good with younger kids. Good with other dogs. Good with resources. Positive toy drive, likes fetch and tug. Positive food drive, takes it gently but gets excited for food.

Want to Adopt? 1) Fill out an application on theluckypuppy.org The adoption fees for puppies 6 months and under are a minimum donation of $525, 6+months are a minimum donation of $450, 7+ years or special needs are a minimum $350 donation 2) Once your application is in, our adoption coordinator will contact you and complete a vet check and home visit (possibly electronic). 3) Once approved, please schedule a meet and greet to see the dogs. Meet and greets are by appointment only for approved adopters.

This dog is available in NY through the Go North Program of The Lucky Puppy Rescue centered in Bonifay and Panama City, FL (NY Lic #1054). This dog is currently in NY. The minimum donation $525 adoption fee includes transportation from FL to NY, spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations, de-worm, flea prevention, heartworm prevention and martingale safety collar.
