Kodiak is approx. a 4 month old German Shepherd mix and he was rescued from a kill shelter. He already knows how to sit, shake, sit up and down on command. He's a quick learner. Kodiak's sister got adopted and now he wants to find someone to play with. Kodiak is paper trained and almost house trained.

Kodiak will need a little bit of patience because he's a little shy. He is making great strides on this and is coming out of his shell. Kodiak would like to make your home his forever home. He's looking for someone to have patience with him and show him lots of love. Every dog needs love and Kodiak is just one among many. Will you take him home and show him what it is to be well loved like his foster mom loves him? Come and see him at the location listed below!!

You will be asked to fill out a Consultation Form at our Showing Events and a Take My Paw Volunteer will need to approve the adoption. Animals are not available before a Showing Event. Please do not call or email to request seeing a animal before a Showing Event. Please understand that there is a process to adopting one of our animals. Plan to come just before the start of showing events or right at the start. If we have more then one person wanting to adopt certain animals at the time the events starts, then all application are reviewed and the best home is chosen with in a 1/2 hour after the starting time. You should plan to be at the event just before the start time or right at the start time.
