Meet Wonder Girl! Wonder Girl is a perfect example of a dog's resilience; she has come a long way from her timid/skittish personality to the outgoing girl she is today. She now lets perfect strangers pet her, something her foster never thought would happen.

Wonder Girl is a five-year-old, forty-pound, bubbly girl with unusual but gorgeous coloring (see her photos). She has lots of energy, so a fenced yard where she can run is necessary for you and her. Wonder Girl enjoys playing with other dogs, so a dog friend close to her size and energy level will help you and build her confidence. Wonder Girl is a world-class sunbather and a lover of soft blankets, and she is house, leash, and crate-trained.

Wonder Girl is not just a playful companion but also a vigilant watchdog, always on the alert to warn you of visitors at your door or squirrels in your yard. Her superstar personality shines through in her interactions, making her an ideal companion. While she adores children, her high energy makes her better suited to older kids.

Submit Application

Submit an adoption application at www.angelsrescue.org/adopt and a member of our Adoption Team will contact you for an interview.

2.
Meet the Pet

Our pets are located in foster homes. Once your application is approved, you will be connected with the foster family.

3.
Home Check

The foster family will do a brief home visit to ensure that it's a perfect match between family & pet!

4.
Pay Fee

Adoption fees range from $50 - $150 for cats and $150 - $300 for dogs. Specials and discounts may apply.

5.
Sign Adoption Contract

Our team is available for support and referrals post adoption if you need it!

We ask that all pets and family members meet your potential new pet so that everyone can be sure they are the right fit!

Puppies and kittens under 4 months may only be adopted locally. Fully vetted and altered pets may be adopted out of state.
