Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Katniss loves hard and plays hard. She lives life to the fullest and loves you and her kitty sibling like today is the last day. If you could only use one word to describe her, it would be HAPPY. A close second would be AFFECTIONATE.
Katniss is always happy, walking around with a question mark tail. This little girl is full of gratitude and shows it by purring at everything. If you pet her, she purrs. When you feed her, she purrs. When she sees you pet another cat and sees that the other cat is happy, she purrs.
She absolutely adores human affection and loves your company. She follows you everywhere around the home, even to the bathroom! If you let her into the bathroom she will explore while she waits for you. If you close the door, she will patiently sit right in front of the door until you come out. When Katniss sees you've arrived home, she'll slowly make her way to you and head butt your hand for pets.
One of her favorite activities is snuggling right beside you on the sofa. She'll either be laying a few inches away waiting for some cheek rubs or a treat or she'll be squished up against your hip all comfy and secure that you are right there.
Katniss doesn't bother you while you sleep. Katniss sometimes sleeps at the foot of the bed, and when your alarm goes off she will come over and lay on your chest to gently help you wake up. She also spends most of the time cuddling with her kitty siblings.
Just under a year old, Katniss is really silly and playful. She would do best in a home that has a playful male cat who can keep up with her and is always up for some fun!
She also loves balls. She'll even walk around with her favorite ball in her mouth! She is super smart and even knows how to get every ball out of the cat maze box.
Katniss is like a little kid, continuing to build up her confidence. She will take a few weeks to acclimate to her new home, but once she learns to trust you...she will give you the most intense love and affection ever!
