Hello humans! My name is Rosa Barks and I am a happy girl. My foster moms say I have “happy tail” but I get so excited that I just can’t help it. I love my mom so much and enjoy snuggling her any chance I get. I’m a confident girl and love cuddles.  I am only 6 weeks old and can't wait to go to my furever home once I turn 8 weeks of age!
 
Rosa Barks is currently being fostered in North Carolina and may transport as far North as Maine.
