Hello!! Meet binky, a 4 year old mix breed who is ready to make you laugh with his goofy personality. Binky loves his toys, especially if he gets to play fetch with you, he also really enjoys playing tug a war with his stuffed toys. He loves his canine friends, he prefers to have his own toys and food and does not like to share because who would?? I know I wouldn`t. Binky knows his basic commands and enjoys going on walks.
This handsome hunk would spend his day taking a nap, playing some fetch and then sun bathe... and probably nap some more before heading out for a walk, I don`t blame him for his routine. He would like to go home with kids that respect his boundaries with his belongings. Interested in this devoted stunner?? Stop by at our location and meet this goofy guy!

More about this shelter
The South Suburban Humane Society is a 501(c )(3) organization that was started in 1970, serving the animal welfare needs of the entire south suburbs of Chicago. In the beginning, we handled all rescues, adoptions and provided foster care out of private homes. Since November 1973, our organization has been operating a 10,000 square foot open-door animal shelter in Chicago Heights, Illinois.
For over fifty years, our organization has helped tens of thousands of animals. We offer extensive outreach programs including humane education, and community outreach events. We also operate a resale shop located in Steger, Illinois that promotes our organization, our animals and provide much needed income to support our humane work.
The Mission of the South Suburban Humane Society is to protect and promote the well being of pets and their people in our community and beyond.
