My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kodi is a 2 yr old Yorkshire terrier mix, 6kg spayed girl. She is microchipped, heart worm and giardia tested, vaccinated up to date.

Kodi arrived Vancouver about 2 months ago. She looked so scared at the airport but she came out of the crate as soon as her foster mom opened it. She opened her mind right away and follows the foster mom now 💕 She is a calm and not dominant dog. Her foster mom said

- She eats well everything and loves food, even medication. Likes to eat slowly throughout the day rather than in one sitting
-Loves playing with balls and toys, even alone, but has short attention span
-Loves raw hide, chews, bully stick, anything to entertain for a long time. New home has to be careful not to leave things on the floor.
-Currently walks well on leash but is fearful of cars and car rides so will need extra training.

-Minimum twice a day to potty outside.
-Friendly with other dogs and likes dog parks. On walks, curious about other people. When new people come over to the house, tends to bark and growl but never bite.
-Doesn’t shed too much but should be brushed once a day to prevent knots.
-Need extra grooming around the eye area.
-Knows sit command. Highly independent and plays well alone.
