Puppycow lost his home when the owner was forced to sell her home due to windmill construction in the area. He was left tied out on a nearby lot after the house was torn down. This senior guy was quite shy (he's better now) and was pretty intimidated by the bulldozers working around him! Recently we had him neutered and a bad tooth pulled out, and he has been vaccinated and heartworm tested. He is a sweet guy who needs a gentle hand. 814 485 1579 for more information.
