Here’s Clyde! He is waiting for his forever home. He is a lemon pointer, 50 pounds, with pedigree papers. 4.5 years old. He is being fostered in the great state of Texas! He is smart and energetic. He loves his crate where he sleeps and eats. Otherwise he is using the dog door to run outside or sleeping on a futon, couch or dog bed in the house. He is house-trained and loves his people. Clyde loves laps and cuddles. He is being raised with two pointers and an aggressive Chihuahua who he doesn’t bother, even when the chi jumps on him. He is not possessive of his food. Sleeps through the night. Doesn’t bark. Knows sit and no. Just look at him and he’ll sit. He has a beautiful point. Neighbor said he is magnificent! Sweet and friendly with adults and children. He hunts lizards, birds and our cat, so no cats. He definitely needs a yard as he loves to run and play. The bigger the better. Clyde is a quick learner and keeps himself busy. He finds toys in his toy box to play with or runs around outside looking for squirrels. He is learning to fetch and come when called. He would be a great hunting dog or a family dog with children or other dogs.
He is neutered, up to date with all vaccinations and heartworm meds.
