Say hi to Toby! This handsome boy is now enjoying life in the comfort of a loving ATDR foster home. His foster mom reports that he is very sweet and chilled; he’s super quiet, hardly ever barks and plays well with others! He uses the doggie door but needs to be watched when outside because he’s a digger.
