My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Brooks is the handsomest, sweetest Aussie you’ve ever seen. He is a black tri Australian shepherd, approximately 3-4 years old. He is approximately 50 lbs and has a tail and cute little freckles on his nose.

Brooks showed up as a stray to a gentleman’s home. With the gentleman’s health and several other dogs, he asked us to assist in finding Brooks a deserving home.

Brooks will nudge you with his nose until he nudges a place in your heart!

Brooks is great with other dogs, good with respectful children and overall has great house manners. He is potty trained and crate trained, although he does not require crating. He loves spending time in the yard, going on walks, napping next to his humans and playing with other dogs. Brooks has learned to “sit”, “lay down”, “crate”. He had been shaved in some areas due to matting and briars, but his hair is growing in nicely and with good food and love, he is turning out to be such a handsome boy.

Brooks is up-to-date on all vaccines, he is microchipped, neutered and taking monthly preventatives for fleas/ticks and heartworms.
Brooks is being fostered in Joplin, Missouri.
